Universal Laboratory, Inc. was incorporated on May 8, 1970.  From the on-set, the organization has been dedicated to ethical, professional, and comprehensive business practices.  As demonstration of this, Charles Stanley is solely responsible for selecting and appointing employees who are highly qualified, ethical, motivated to excellence, and professional to conduct critical test and calibration process.

Universal Laboratory, Inc. conducts a wide array of highly technical assessment processes, which include nondestructive testing (NDT), chemicals analysis, environmental testing, product testing/certification/labeling, and calibration of instruments and machines.  This complex activity, performed to a wide range of requirements, utilizes a vast array of specialized complex equipment.  Hence, expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge are essential components necessary for this organization's success.
